  • Strengthen team members’ awareness and understanding of each other’s roles

  • Assess current culture and evaluate desired improvements

     

  • Conduct a study of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) to evaluate awareness and preparedness to utilize current and future trends

     

  • Create and launch strategic plan to effect desired cultural change and growth

BOARD GOVERNANCE & DEVELOPMENT

  • Refine board roles and functions in alignment with best practices in board leadership, including metrics and evaluation
  • STRATEGIC PLANNING

     

    • Facilitate a comprehensive, start-to-finish process with leadership and key stakeholder groups to identify vision, objectives, and action steps for the organization’s next phase of development

    • Assist in implementation of plan

    • Evaluate and assist in communication of progress and benchmarks

     

    FUND DEVELOPMENT

    • Analyze and evaluate fundraising goals, practices, donor relations, and current results

    • Provide recommendations for strategic increase of fund development success
