Discover Strength Through Faith Today in 2026

Because of my strong belief in God, it is important to begin with words on the topic of Faith. As a husband, father, and grandfather, a team member, coach, teacher, president of the board of several organizations, head of a Christian school, and head of household, I know and have experienced over and over again the value of faith in God, faith in leadership, faith in family members, faith in colleagues, and faith in my teammates.

We invest and share our faith in many people and places each day, but I believe faith in God is the most important. He is my provider, Father, leader, and steadfast friend. From Him, I receive daily direction, inspiration, and wisdom. I have also gained strong confidence, based upon several decades of life experience and the Bible’s promises. Those promises include that He directs my steps and brings good outcomes. According to Psalm 37:23, “The Lord directs the steps of the godly, He delights in every detail of their lives.” In addition, Romans 8:28 tells us, “And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.”

Faith, as referred to in Hebrews 11:1: “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about we do not see.” We walk by faith, not by sight! That truly is our faith journey.
